Chorna T. The improvement of technology of extracting out saccharose from the sugar beet cossetes with the use of polymeric biotsidic preparation

The work is devoted to the increase of efficiency of sugar-beet production by the improvement of saccharose withdrawal technology from the beet shaving. In dissertation work the results of theoretical and experimental researches are represented in relation to the pattern of the saccharose extracting with application of modern polymeric biotsidic preparation – polyhexamethylene guanidine gidrohloride (PGMGH). It is set efficiency to the influence of PGMGH of a different technological quality. The mechanism of cooperation PGMGH is set with the pectin matters of diffusive juice is investigated. It is certain efficiency to the action of PGMGH on the microorganisms of nourishing water and diffusive juice. The technology of withdrawal of saccharose is offered from the beet shaving with application PGMGH,. Technological branch instruction and technological branch regulation have been developed and ratified, The technology have been testing under industrial conditions.
