Essay

The researches are devoted to study of low-level red laser light (?=633 nm), X-rays radiation and their combined influence on embryogenesis, productivity of quails and parameters of iron exchange and erythropoesys at the quails in embryo and postnatal development terms. Laser irradiating of eggs (0,005-0,05 mW/cm2) has influenced on an iron exchange, namely general iron level increase in the liver and blood plasma embryo and adult quails. The x-rays irradiating eggs in doses 2,3·10-2-6,2·10-2 C/kg is resulted level of general iron decrease in adult quails liver and blood plasma, that influence stronger shows when irradiating eggs did on the 9th day incubation. Eggs irradiating in the dose 2,1·10-1 C/kg attracts high embryo mortality. When eggs irradiating in the 9th day of development at the day-old and adult quails body mass considerably decreases. X-rays irradiating eggs in the dose 2,1·10-1 C/kg has activation iron exchange of the adult quails and increase the haemoglobin level in the blood and haemoglobin contents in one erythrocyte at the day-old quails. It is exhibiting reparative reaction of the quail organism after X-rays lesion.
