The process of formation and development of the securities markets in transformational economies. The education of regularities of the securities markets formation in transformational economies based on the newest conceptions of capitals markets, the complex analysis of the tendencies of their development in the conditions of globalization and the development of the practical recommendations as to providing of the performance effect of the securities market of Ukraine. The Author's definition of the category "the securities markets model" has been obtained, the internal and the external factors of the impact on formation and development of the securities market in transformational economies have been systematized, the analytical research work done on the modern tendencies of development of the securities market of Ukraine, taking into account the confirmation of the Efficient Market Hypothesis as a model presupposition in the context of the Efficient Capital Market Theory as to its fund segment in reference to the relevant information of the participants of the market with the use of the modern econometrical models.
