Yasna N. Improvement of an analysis method's of proteins in medical forms of laferon and ronkoleukin

Dissertation is devoted the questions of analysis methods development for biotechnological recombinant proteinous preparations Laferobion (Laferon) and Ronkoleukin. The optimal terms for medicinal forms of these drugs chromatographying are experimentally chosen. It is rotined that reversefase HPLC with the use of acetonitrile gradient on the Nukleosil-18 columns is the optimum method of both quantitative and high-quality analysis of medicinal forms. In addition, the same method can be successfully applied for peptid carted of triptic hydrolysates of Laferobiona and Ronkoleukin with the purpose of confirmation of their authenticity. The unique method of fermental regeneration of columns is developed for HPLC, which allows from 10 to 100 times to prolong the terms of the use of columns for HPLC . Analytical methods are experimentally confirmed with the use of different terms of division for standardization of such instrumental methods, as HPLC, pulse-gelelectrophoresis, ELISA- analysis with the purposeoftheir including in technical documentation (Pharmacopea article for medico-biological drugs).
