The object - typical technological processes of manufacturing details - large-sized shafts cold hire in multinomenclature machine-building manufacture. The purpose - development of scientifically-practical recommendations for increase of efficiency typical technological processes of machining details type as shafts of heavy mechanical engineering. Methods - fundamental bases of technology mechanical engineering, the theory of cutting, SАPR ТP, statistical processing and planning of experiment. The novelty - theoretic-applied bases maintenance in producing of processing shafts cold hire. The results - engineering recommendations on use of a method of complex structurization are developed and introduced in manufacture. The use sphere - means the machine-building and enterprises of Ukraine.
