The dissertations presents the results of examination and treatment of 110 children with acetonemic syndrome caused by critical infectious states. These children have hypovolemia and disturbance contractility of myocardium. The tachycardia supports normodynamic condition of hemodynamic. DO2 is not changes, VO2 - increases. Compensative metabolic acidosis with increased Agаp caused by accumulation of keton body is at level ketonuria before 15,0 mmol/l. The decompensate of metabolic acidosis occurrences at level ketonuria above 15,0 mmol/l. The disorders of metabolism include increased proteolysis, propensity to hyperglycemia, activation of lypolysis, hypercortisolemia, relative resistation to insulin. The decreased level of glycemia to lower limit of norm, gypercortisolemia and decreased level of insulin to norm are at level ketonuria before 15,0 mmol/l. The use combinative antiketogenic infusion with glucose and xylitol assists more early expansion of volume enteral nutrition and reduction of infusionby what parenteral use only glucose or xylitol.
