Rzhevska-Shtefan Z. Forming future psychologists' sense making motives of studying in the process of professional training

The dissertation is dedicated to the study of the problem on the forming sense making motives of future psychologists professional studying. It presents the theoretical aspects of the problem on the level of subjective and objective activity senses cooperation, analyses the approaches of solving this problem in various educational models. It is revealed that under traditional education conditions living through motivational crisis doesn't enough provoke the forming of sense making motives. The author has elaborated facilitative program of forming sense making motives of future psychologists professional studying under motivational crisis conditions by means of indirective influence (facilitation). The results of the experiment prove the effectiveness of the intentional facilitation of motivation crises to form sense making motives that correspond to the goals of future psychologists' professional and personal development. The achieved results include also increasing of the processes of solving the crisis of future psychologists' professional growth, raise of their initiative and responsibility for studying.
