Heera Н. Hemodynamycal and immune-inflammatory mechanisms of heart failure with metabolic syndrome in patients with ischemic heart disease and insulinresistance diabetes mellitus and their therapeutic corrections.

Object of the study: patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and insulinresistance diabetes mellitus. Purpose of the study: to increase the effect of the treatment of chronic heart failure with metabolic syndrome in patients that had ischemic heart disease and insulinresistance diabetes melli-tus. Methods of the investigation: laboratory: immunoenzyme methods – the level of cytokines (TNF-a, IL-1b), peroxids lipid oxidation, lipid spectrum was established by the level of LPHT, LPLT, LPVLT, cholesterol, triglycerids; clinicoinstrumental – objective examination, ECG, X-ray television, quantitial EchoCG. Mathematical and statistic methods we’ve used to estimate the authentic divergence. Theoretical and practical results: The extent of introduction: AMS of Ukraine introduces the results of the investigation to the work of therapeutical and cardiological departmens of clinic of the Institute of Therapy, 20, 27, 28 regional hospitals.
