. Object of the study: alimentary-constitutional obesity (ACO) of grade I-II-III in pregnancy. Purpose of the study: improvement of preclinical prenatal diag-nosis of the foetoplacental complex (FPC) state and changes in the system of haemostasis, as well as the working out and practical in-troduction of an algorithm for correcting functional and haemor-heological disorders in pregnant women with ACO. Methods of the investigation: clinical-statistical ones, supersonic scanning; recording of heart flow; determination of the levels of hormones (estriol, progesterone, placental lactogen, prolactin) with the radioimmunological method; supersonic dopplerometry of the uteroplacental and placentofoetal blood flow; extended coagulogram, pulsoxymetric technology of the determination of oxygen saturation in newborns. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of the conducted researches, a complex of measures was worked out for early preclinical diagnosis of disorders in the vasculothrombocytic and plasmocoagulatory haemostasis, as well as the functional state of FPC. A complex technique for treating pregnant women with ACO was worked out and introduced, thereby making it possible to normalize the FPC function and improve the state of the haemostasis system. Novelty: for the first time, as a result of the performed work, a dependence was found out between changes in the haemostasis system and the functional state of FPC in pregnancy with different degrees of ACO expression. For the first time, haemodynamic peculiarities were studied in the uteroplacental and funic vessels in ACO grade I-II-III, data about a dependence of haemodynamic disorders upon the obesity grade of pregnant women were received. For the first time, it was revealed that obesity progression was accompanied by a higher rate of foetal distress in pregnancy and during childbirth, as it is confirmed by a lower level of oxygen saturation in newborns during an early neonatal period. The conducted researches made it possible to perform the techniqueof preclinical prenatal diagnosis of functional disorders in FPC and haemocoagulation changes in pregnancy. For the first time, an expediency of complex dysaggregation, infusion and oxygen therapy in the prevention of the foetal distress and treat-ment of haemocoagulation changes and functional FPC disorders in pregnancy with ACO was scientifically proved and grounded. Degree of introduction: the data, obtained by the author, about the diagnostic and therapeutic tactics in pregnancy with different grades of ACO were introduced in the work of the Department of Pregnancy Pathology of KЗОЗ “Kharkiv Regional Clinical Hospital”, the Department of Pregnancy Pathology of КУОЗ “City Clinical Maternity Home with Neonatal Inpatient Department”, the Maternity Department of КУОЗ “Maternity Home No. 1 of Dzerzhinsky District” of Kharkiv City, the Maternity Department of КП “Zolochev Central District Hospital”, the Maternity Department of the Nova Vodolaga Central District Hospital. Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology.
