The dissertation research is devoted to the creation of conditions for intellectual development of every pupils, that is one of the main issue of contemporary school. It is shown, that in the process of pupils solving high-quality tasks the condition for intellectual development are provided, but it is a more difficult task to perform the diagnostics and to assist in the development of pupils' thinking within the traditional teaching. Possibilities of the process perfection are grounded concerning the pupils solving high-quality tasks by organization of studies in small groups.
