Essay

Dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation of system of the personality oriented independent work of cadets of military institutes of higher education (MIHE) and to experimental verification of its efficiency. It is analysed the state of research of independent work of pedagogical theory and practice and specified conceptual principles of the personality oriented independent educational-cognitive activity of cadets. It is implemented and substantiated the notion of "personality oriented independent work" (POIW) and carried out its determination for four levels of reflection. Marked, that POIW of students as a difficult, system-defined category must be examined in such dimensions: informative, procedural, temporal and spatial. It is offered organizational forms and methods of student's POIW, listed the methods of self-development and personal impact and methods of self-development and dialogic impact in the process of POIW. It is developed the informative-organizing structure of POIW of students in MIHE as an integral system with constituents: regularities and principles, dimensions, reflection levels and forms of POIW, methods of the personal and dialogic impact, results, self-control and selfcorrection in the process of POIW. It is shown that POIW is related to the pedagogical systems and characterized by: nature and essence, structural organization, peculiarities. It is substantiated the rules and principles of POIW of students of MIHE. It is revealed contradictions which characterize POIW or its separate aspects among such groups as: structural, informative, procedural, temporal and spatial. It is substantiated the structure of the pedagogical system of POIW of students of MIHE in unity of such constituents: a selection of candidates for training in MIHE; participants of PP; technology of normative PP; requirements of students' preparation; of personal student's necessities; PP operating conditions, resources; technology of POIW; evaluation of functioning PP efficiency, it is developed conceptual principles which are fixed in basis of its functioning. It is developed innovative technology of POIW of MIHE students and exposed the main point of its basic constituents: projective -planning, organizational-procedural, diagnostically-correcting. The analysis of results of forming experiment showed efficiency of the substantiated system and technology of students' POIW: found out positive influence on quality of knowledge, abilities, skills of students in professionally oriented educational disciplines, development and forming of cognitive activity, independence, formed of creativity, orientation to optimization of personality educational-cognitive activity. It is proved the necessity of creation of motivational and selfmotivational multiplier for POIW by psychologic-pedagogical facilities, that is aimed for activation of independent educational-cognitive activity of students, their interest knowledge increase. It is developed and substantiated principles (independence, system, humanism orientation, self-government personality development) and directions (planning, technologization, informatization, scientifically methodical and logistical support of VPP, implementation of the permanent monitoring of education quality) of activity of scientific-pedagogical workers and command of MIHE in relation to the increase of efficiency of VPP, independent work of students. It is offered to the organs of management military education, MIHE such recommendations: to stir up work related to introduction in an educational process the self-oriented informative-communicative technology; to increase the level of the scientific-methodical providing of POIW, its planning and organization; to provide effectiveness of monitoring of quality of students' mastering of knowledge, abilities, skills. It is identified theoretical and methodical problems of POIW, which must become an object of subsequent researches: scientifically methodical providing of process of preparation of future specialists of soldieries, of informatively communications technologies of POIW, dependence of results of POIW of students from the terms of organization of an educational-educate process, psychological bases of self-government mastering of knowledge, planning and organization of personality oriented independent work .
