The dissertation is dedicated to studying the psychological peculiarities of revealing and overcoming the corruption delict of the law-enforcement officers. Corruption delict is caused by sociо-, individual psychological factors. The individual-psychological factors are the primary and define the propensity to corruption behaviour. The socio-psychological factors are the secondary and define the type of corruption delict. The general propensity to corruption delict is shown by the law-enforcement officers with accented hyperthemia, demonstrative, rigidity and dysthymiс traits of the character, etc.
