The object - means a progressive technological process of manufacturing of wide-stripy profile screw blanks (WSPSB). The purpose – is development of scientific – practical guideline for designing of technological processes of WSPSB are manufacturing on the basis of saving resource technologies. Methods – fundamentals of machine-building technologies, theories of cutting, resiliency, plastic deformation, statistical processing theories, experimental planning. The novelty – is theoretically applied basis of Technological providing of manufacturing of WSPSB. The results – projected and applied into manufacturing technological process of production of WSPSB. The use sphere - means the machine-building and repairs enterprises of Ukraine.
