Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the examination of axiological and praxeological of dimensions of personality becoming the social-responsible subject of culture-educational activity. The need of information society for a leading role of social and cultural process as universal form of self-realization of society and value-oriented person is determined. The dynamics of cultural - ethical foundation in the process of becoming the personality is justified according to the stages of transformation of consciousness: individ - individuality - personality. The anthropological concept of culture (axiological gauging) is extended by introduction of definition of the specialized branch concept of cultural activity (praxiological gauging), remedial character of which on retranslation, interpretation and distribution of culture is generalized into unified metaprofessional activity, named by notions - culturetregerical activity and culturetreger. It is offered to build modern cultural - art education on the basis of philosophical idea of cooperation of the subjects of educational process. The main purpose of this conception is culturetreger (librarian, editor, journalist, translator, guide etc.), which executes the professional task in a context of existing value-oriented above - problem which includes moral foundations of his professional background
