Shapovalov O. Internationalization of Economic by Creation of Transnational Financial and Industrial Groups

Object of research: process of internationalization of economic by means of formation of the integrated economic structures. The purpose of dissertational work is the deepening of теоретико-methodological approaches concerning conditions and organizational - economic bases of development of process of internationalization of economic by means of creation of transnational financial and industrial groups and development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning equal in rights inclusion in this process of national economy. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, general scientific methods of knowledge, a method of the analysis and synthesis, methods of grouping and classification, the factorial analysis, a method of the statistical analysis and a method of the comparative analysis. Theoretical results: developments of scientific - methodical positions and development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning development of conditions and mechanisms of internationalization of economic will consist in a deepening of theoretical bases, by creation of transnational financial and industrial groups. Practical results: will consist in realization of development and definition of approaches which will allow to improve the mechanism of formation by the state of directions of activization of process of creation and development of the Ukrainian transnational financial and industrial groups on the basis of realization of competitive advantages of Ukraine in the international division of labour. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of the state assistance activity of financial and industrial groups is developed; the model of minimization of expenses of economic activities of transnational financial and industrial group is developed; It is advanced: classification of advantages of creation vertically also it is horizontal the integrated structures; a design procedure of parameters of internationalization of a national economy; has received the further development: the conceptual device, "transnational financial and industrial group" and " latent financial and industrial group " is submitted. Degree of introduction: results of research are used by Central Administrative Department of the Industry and Development of an Infrastructure of Donetsk oblast state Administration, Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber, Joint-Stock Company "Donetskstal" - a Metal Works", Open Society "Kreditprombank", ТДВ " Insurance company "SPICH", Open Society "Yasinovski kokc-chemistry factory" and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
