Оbject – the process of general law training the higher pedagogical education institutions’ students; the aim is the theoretical development and experimental verification of the innovating model of general law training the higher pedagogical education institutions’ students; the methods are theoretical, empiric, statistical; novelty is in the revealed and systematized complex of innovating educational technologies, which favor the scientific methodical approach to increasing the quality of general law training the future teachers; has been revealed their content; has been developed and experimentally checked the complex model of general law training the higher pedagogical education institutions’ students, in which has been taken into account the innovating basis of general law training the future teachers; results are in developed methodical basis for providing the proposed model of general law training the future teachers.
