The thesis paper is dedicated to the role of e-PR as a tool of state foreign-policy image forming. The key role of foreign-policy department and diplomatic service in forming of foreign-policy image was characterized. It has been proved that for effective implementation of Ukraine's foreign policy it is necessary to use foreign-policy PR technologies, including e-PR. The PR-strategy for Ukraine's foreign-policy image forming by means of Internet has been suggested.
