Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of adaptation of the respiratory system to the sustained physical activities and regu-larities of the formation of properties of neurodynamic and men-tal functions of higher nervous activity. Here are revealed the essential regularities of reorganization of the dynamic structure of the reactions of mobilization of the external respiration's econ-omy, power cost, high-speed flows, and actual reserves of the pulmonary ventilation which promote the effective functioning of the respiratory system. The effectiveness of the opportunities of oxygen's transportation is carried out owing to the utilization of oxygen and the speed of its consumption, changes of the statisti-cal and dynamic volumes of the lungs. It is shown that the sus-tained physical activities contribute to the more intensive devel-opment of the psychophysiological properties of the functions of organisms of the 18-20-aged young men and girls. The obtained results of the interrelation of functionalbackups and adaptive resources of the respiratory system with individually-typological properties of the higher nervous activity allow to ascertain their high self-descriptiveness and the opportunity of practical applica-tion.
