Bondarenko N. The pathogenic ground of antythrombotic therapy of the loss of fetus syndrome for pregnant with a primary antiphospholipid syndrome

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of determination of pathogenetic approaches to the tactic of prevention of losses of a fetus and thrombophylic complications at pregnant with an athytrombophylic syndrome (APS), and also to the estimation of efficiency and safety of the long time using low molecular heparinoid pentosan polysulfat SP 54 at the thromophylic states during pregnancy, conditioned by circulation of the athyphosholipid antibodies (АРА). The presence of the lupus anticoagulants (LA) combine with determination of signs of thrombophylia on the basis of exposure of markers of the intravascular rolling up of blood and activating of thrombocitic link of the system of haemostas at 68,1 %, and the АРА presence - at 18,8 % cases, was exposed. LA and АРА at 19( 31 %) patients was determed. Degree of risk of reprodactive losses and trombophylia at pregnant, wich had АРА, increase at the АРА combination with the ekstragenytal diseases, other factors of risk of trombophylia and/or violations of reprodactive sphere.
