Essay

Dissertation covers the issues of prophylaxis and treatment of placental failure, developed on a background of primary arterial hypertension, on the basis of study of pathogenesis role of disorders in protein's structure, it's oxidation modification, peroxidation of lipids and protein in placenta and their links with cyclic nucleotide. There were stated the significant disorders of these indices, among them: activation of lipids peroxidation on the background of the reduction of the antioxidant activity, which significantly influenced on the degree of protein molecules degradation. The disorders of placental proteins production was marked, the high level of which could testify about the preservation of compensatory mechanisms, targeted for the fetal protection in conditions of placental dysfunction. The role of disorders in cyclic nucleotides synthesis was revealed. Their damages in collaboration with other changes in endocrine and tissue protective systems could promote the development of pathologic reactions in the microvascular system on the placental level. By means of Doppler US investigation the disorders in utero-placental-fetal hemodynamics were studied in pregnant with arterial hypertension. There were suggested the criteria of early diagnostics of fetal state disorders. The complex of treatment and prophylactic measures was suggested. This complex was differentiated by the degree of disorders in system of peroxidation of lipids and proteins, antioxidant protective system, placental proteins and cyclic nucleotides. The efficacy of this complex was proved concerning the prevention of the placental failure development, perinatal pathology in women with arterial hypertension.
