Loboda K. International legal regulation of social relation in Europe.

The thesis is devoted to studying the processes of formation and development of the International legal regulation in social sphere, its institutional structure, role of Council of Europe and European Union. The legal regulation of social relations were analysed in the Law of EU and Council of Europe. Primary attention is paid to the role of institutional mechanism of social relation's regulation within EU and social standarts of the Council of Europe. This problem is analysed on the basis of the researches of Ukrainian and foreign scholars, official documents of the Council of Europe and EU. The legal-organizational bases of cooperation of Ukraine with Council of Europe and EU are specially emphasized in the research.
