Dissertation work is dedicated to developing biotechnology production of the T-2 toxin and to substantiation maximally allowed level in sterns for calves and cattle on fattening. Dissemination of the Fusarium fungi in the sterns was investigated and highly productive pro-ducent of the T-2 toxin was recommended. The optimum conditions for the Fusarium sporotri-chiella var. poae strain 407/4 cultivation were developed. The biggest quantity of T-2 toxin was de-tected on the rye grain crop substrate with humidity 70 % and temperature 4 ?C. The protocols for purification, crystallization and detecting of the T-2 toxin were improved. Susceptibility of the calves to the T-2 toxin , acute and chronic course of T-2 toxicosis were studied. The coefficient of cumulating of T-2 toxin in the animal organism. Maximally safe, under threshold and threshold concentration of the T-2 toxin in the crops for calves are laying under 0,53 - 0,8; 1,07- 1,6; 2,13 - 3,2 mg/kg. Allowed daily dose of the purificated T-2 toxin inthe crops for calves to average 0,53 mg/kg. Theoretically and experimentally substantiated maximally allowed level of the T-2 toxin in the crops for calves on fattening. The NTD for toxin manufacturing was developed, what gives possibility to provide the different laboratories with T-2 toxin in order to conduct necessary mycological tests.
