The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the international economic microintegration processes in the globalization conditions of the oil and oil-refining markets. The dissertation's target is the effective international integrations strategies of the oil-refining business corporations' development. Research methods: historical and logical, system, scientific and special methods (statistical, experts estimations, economical and mathematical modeling). Directions, tendencies and features of the oil and oil-refining business have been determined in the thesis; its microintegration intercommunications have been determined and systematized. Modern oil-refining transnational corporations (TNC) strategic management's priorities have been studied and identified. Integration associations foundation on the "from bottom to top" way has been introduced. The proposition of the national strategic oil and oil-refining stock's creation with the aim of the antirecessionary energy market's development andits resource and price stabilization has been substantiated. Oil and oil-refining industry, corporations, which are the representatives of oil-refining business, educational process, are the sphere of use.
