An object of research – the would-be managers’ professional training in establishments of higher education. Research purpose – definition, theoretically ground and experimentally approve pedagogical conditions of the would-be managers’ research culture formation in the process of professional training in establishments of higher education. Research methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical. Scientific novelty: for the first time specialists’ research culture has been defined. The functions of the research culture in the professional activity of a specialist have been specified. The structure of the specialists-managers’ research culture has been determined. Pedagogical conditions aimed at providing the formation of would-be managers’ research culture in the process of professional training have been theoretically grounded and experimentally approved. The criteria and indices of the would-be managers’ research culture formation have been defined; the levels of the would-be managers’ research cultureformation have been characterized.
