Zhdanova N. Selection and structure of the teaching-methodical complex in the German language for future managers

The dissertation focuses on the problem of creating teaching-methodical complex (TMC) in the German language for forming professionally oriented cross-cultural communicative competence of future managers. The procedure of selecting the contents of teaching considering subjects interaction is given theoretical grounds. Three parts of TMC and at least three variants of TMC-III corresponding to three specialities of Management course are distinguished. The distribution of topics in all parts of TMC is offered, and correlation of general cultural, general economic and professionally oriented teaching material in TMC series is defined on the basis of subjects interaction. The system of exercises for forming professionally oriented communicative competence is given theoretical grounds, worked out and realized in TMC cycle. The model of TMC cycle is offered. The model consists of six blocks: review, presentation, training and communication practice, reference and self-control. The effectiveness of worked outmethods of creating TMC series is proved in two series of experimental teaching and optimal correlation of general cultural, general economic and professionally oriented teaching material for TMC-I is defined. Methodical recommendations for creating TMC in the German language for forming professionally oriented cross-cultural communicative competence of future managers are worked out. Worked out methods and TMC-I cycles are applied in the process of teaching in four institutes of higher education of Ukraine.
