Matskiv G. The criminal-process terms in application of the means of process restraint

This thesis is a research, where the criminal-process terms in application of the means of process restraint are discovered on the monographic level. There also is the accomplished analysis of problematic questions, connected with the admeasurements of the criminal-process terms in application of the means of process restraint and the research on the reasons of appearance of various difficulties while calculating and keeping the criminal-process terms in application of the means of restraint and are disclosed the negative events which arise after such violations. In the dissertation are defined the notions of criminal-process terms and is substantiated the necessity of edition of some terms, foreseen in The Criminal Process Code which are connected with the application of the means of process restraint and setting the new ones. Also there are proposed the new ways of solving the difficulties, which arise in practical activities according the criminal-process terms in application of the means of processrestraint.
