Processes of international tourism development under conditions of social-economic globalization. Definition of the system of structure-functional factors which influence the development of international tourism market services, revealing of the peculiarities of its quality transformation processes under conditions of globalization, ways of effective Ukrainian integration to the world tourism market. Methods: analysis and synthesis, systematic-structural analysis of economic processes and phenomena, historical analysis. Mechanism of national tourism complex competitiveness increase is reasoned, methods and ways of realization are defined, such main components are suggested: tourism clusterization, a program of national tourism product promotion to the international market, innovational-marketing model tourism industry. Offers of working out the strategy of formation of cluster tourism model in Ukraine, the improvement of mechanisms of commercial and state sectors cooperation in accordance with the involvement of financial resources for making the reconstruction more active, Ukrainian tourism industry competitive increase are introduced.
