This thesis aims at disclosing the essence of coping-behavior of fire-rescue divisions' workers of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Ukraine and definition of structure's features of their basic coping-strategy and personal coping-resources. The interrelation between efficiency of coping-behavior and some individually-psychological features of firemen was found out.
