Object is physical education of such students; the article of research is their physical preparation as constituent of physical education in higher soldiery educational establishments: Information of pedagogical analysis, constant experiment, the account of positions of planning of the pedagogical systems allowed to develop the system of physical preparation of future specialists on liquidation of consequences of extraordinary situations after the years of studies, that contains: purpose, principles, specified tasks, maintenance of employments from physical education, measures of pedagogical control, directed on achievement by all students of the set model-having a special purpose descriptions of physical and military-professional preparedness and pedagogical terms of realization of the system. Experimental verification exposed considerable advantage of the developed system above operating one.
