Marena T. „ Formation of the Countries’ Exchange Rate Policy under Modern Conditions”

Object of research: process of formation and realization of a currency policy of the countries in a context of modern world tendencies of currency regulation in conditions of financial globalization. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement methodological and development of scientific - practical approaches on formation of a currency policy of the countries of the world in modern conditions. Methods of research: a method of dialectic materialism, and also general scientific methods of knowledge of economic events and processes, a method of comparison and comparison, statistical methods, a method of a grouping and classification, a method of the analysis, economic-mathematical methods, coreletion method, the structurally functional analysis, the system approach. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening and development of theoretical and scientific - methodical bases of formation of a national currency policy and in development of scientific - practical recommendations on improvement ofa currency policy of the countries with different types of economic systems. Practical results: will consist in development of scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of formation of a currency policy of the countries with different types of economic systems in view of internal conditions of their economic development and modern lines of functioning of the world{global} currency - financial environment, and also realization of the mechanism of the coordination of national currency policies of the countries with the purpose of achievement of global currency stability. Scientific novelty: for the first time: classification of the countries of the world according to a level of development of the national currency markets and the organizational mechanism their functioning is offered; the multilevel model of the international currency cooperation is developed; are advanced: the mechanism of maintenance of stability of national currency system; have received the further development: a technique of anestimation of dependence of volumes of the currency market of Ukraine from separate parameters of development of national economy; classification of tools of a currency policy due to allocation of classification attributes; concept of a national currency policy.
