The investigation object the heart adaptation to myocardial necrosis The investigation goal: to study The effect of alkilselenonaphtiridin (ASNR) on morphpofunctional adaptation of the myocardium to ischemic preconditioning (ІPС) and noncoronarogenic myocardial necrosis (MN) Methods of research: The quantitative parameters of the weigh of myocardium of the heart ventricles, EDS, contents of the common water, activity of the katalase and level of intracutaneous РО2 were received for development of adaptation to MN and after IPC and also for preventive entering of ASNR. The theoretical and practical importance and the scientific novelty of the investigation results It was established, that morphofunctional manifestation of adaptation of the myocardium of heart ventricles was connected with changes of weight, increase of exposition dynamics of sorption (EDS) and contents of the common water and intracutaneous РО2 and activity of the catalase in myocardium of the heart ventricles. It was discovered, that 60 % of animals died in the first 4–5 hours from beginning of experiment for MN modeling during the first period of IPC. The signs of dysadaptation of the myocardium with severe areas of dystrophic damages, necrosis, increase of EDS and contents of the common water and activity of the catalase and decrease of intracutaneous РО2 established in myocardium of the heart ventricles. 100 % falive animals and decrease of dystrophic changes in the myocardium and EDS and contents of the common water and increase of intracutaneous РО2 were revealed during the second period of IPC. The transitory dystrophic changes in the myocardium which effected onto morphofunctional adaptation of the heart to MN developed during the first period of IPC. It was revealed, that ASNR increase the resistence of the myocardium to development of MN and cardiopropective effect of IPC. The quantitative parameters of the weigh of myocardium of the heart ventricles, EDS, contents of the common water, activity of the katalase and level of intracutaneous РО2 were received for development of adaptation to MN and after IPC and also for preventive entering of ASNR. The degree of implementation: The results of the research are implemented in practice of experimental medicine at Chairs of pathophysiology of Lugansk and Krym State Medical Universities, Human and Animal Anatomy and Physiology Chair of Lugansk Taras Shevchenko National Pedagogic University.
