Essay

The thesis on the basis of the problem survey in home and foreign scientific pedagogical and psychological literature gives the solution of actual scientific task of substantiation and experimental testing of future economists training model in the differentiated study of foreign languages system. The notions are defined: "readiness for realization of the individual style of activity" (as integrated characteristic); "system of differentiated study" (as selfdetermined integrity of components); made more precise the definitions: "readiness for the professional activity" and "individual style of activity of future specialist". Theoretically grounded that providing of differentiated study system of foreign languages for the students of economics enhances formation of readiness to realize the individual style effectively in such directions: in professional activity, solution of nonstandard situations, realization of effective communicative interaction, self-regulation. The created system consists of such components: diagnosing; purpose; motivation; content; process; subject-subjective, control-regulating and assess-resulting components. All components are subdivided to one purpose - formation of readiness for realization of individual style in future professional activity. The essence of this system is - taking into consideration of student's styles of perception, reasoning and learning which elements form the individual style of activity. The functional characteristics of system components are: direction of purpose on improvement of students, actualization of inner potential, supply of process motivation in study, informative-procedural training, creation of nature balanced conditions of study, self-realization and self-determination in cognition, verifying of levels of readiness for realization of individual style.
