Dissertation is a monograph which studies urgent legal, theoretical and practical problems of determination of sufficient evidences in the course of proof in criminal proceedings. Dissertation analyzes concept of evidences, purpose, subject and scope of proof, sufficiency of evidences as a feature of body of evidences which is determined in the process of evaluation of evidences in criminal procedure of Ukraine. Dissertation provides definition of sufficient evidences, discusses its interrelation with such neighboring concepts as scope of evidences and completeness of evidences; investigates determination sufficient evidences at different stages of criminal proceedings. Dissertation contains proposals aimed at improvement of effective criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine and development of new Criminal Procedure Code.
