In this thesis, for the first time, is disclosing the question of the complex architectural-planning organization of interior of the food enterprises in Syria, on example of Damascus. The modern development stage of the Syrian food enterprises is examined on example of Damascus, and provided an opportunity to work out a general classification for the Syrian food enterprises. The analysis of theory and practice of architectural-planning organization and specificity of interior composition of Syrian food enterprises is executed. All major factors of formation and development of food enterprises in Syria, such as climate environment, social and demographic setting are defined. The cultural and national traditions and tendency of interior development of food enterprises are determined. The set of guidelines and principles concerning architectural-planning and decorative art organization of interiors in food enterprises of Syria is elaborated. Main principals and methods of body space filling of dining-halls in food enterprises of Syria is defined.
