Essay

The main aim of the dissertation is the synthesis of new high performance and low toxic compounds with potential antimicrobial, diuretic, analeptic, anti-inflammatory, and antioedem (as to the brain oedem which is conditioning of the widestrips vibration) activities among the 5-(pyridin-3-il)-2H-1,2,4-triazol-3-thion and 4-phenil-5-(pyridin-3-il)-1,2,4-triazol-3-thion, and their S-derivatives; establishing the ties regularity between chemical structure and biological effect, recommending of new effective drugs for before clinical actions. New effective synthesis methods of 5-(pyridin-3-il)-2H-1,2,4-triazol-3-thion and 4-phenil-5-(pyridin-3-il)-1,2,4-triazol-3-thion and their S-derivatives were worked out. The structure of synthesized compounds had been confirmed by ultimate analysis, methods of ultraviolet, IR-spectroscopy, PMR-spectrometry analysis and counter synthesis. Morfolining salt 2-[5-(pyridin-3-il)-1,2,4-triazol-3-ilthio]acetic acids, which has expressed antioe-dem effect as to the brain oedem which is conditioning of the widestrips vi-bration, are worked out for the presenting to the pharmacological centre of Ukrainian Health Ministry.
