The thesis is a complex monographic examination of the international-legal agreements of Ukraine as sources of the criminal procedure law. implementation process of the international legislation in criminal procedure legislation in all of the stages of the development of Ukraine is probed in work. The thesis are considered the theoretical, legal and practical possibilities of application of the international-legal norms in the Ukrainian criminal procedure legislation, which consists in providing coordinating acts during the international cooperation between the states. The place of the international-legal agreements of Ukraine in a system of sources of the criminal procedure is made out; is defined their classification and essence. The dissertation is explored the international-legal agreements of Ukraine on rendering the relative legal aid in criminal cases, is defined singularities of their application in territory of Ukraine. On the basic of the received results scientifically proved offers directed on improvement of the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine concerning a place of the international-legal agreements in a system of sources of the criminal procedure.
