Object of investigation - morphofunctional state of kidney after unilateral ureteral obstruction, intracellular signaling systems; aim - is pathogenic ground of renal dysfunction correction after ureteral obstruction according to the АТ1 receptors sensitivity and intracellular signaling system of eNOS-Protein kinase G activity; methods - physiological, biochemical, morphological, statistical; newness - it first shown that alteration of intracellular signaling systems, associated with AT1 receptors and eNOS, activity prolong the inflammatory-reparative process in postobstructive kidney, blockade of АТ1 receptors in animals with hyperreaction of renin-angiotensin system lead to optimization of intracellular signaling and restoration of postobstructive kidney morphofunctional state; results - on the basis of experimental investigation it was established that adequate reaction of renin-angiotensin system and eNOS on acute alteration of urodynamic controls the restoration of kidney structure and functions during 1 month, however hyperreaction of regulatory systems was accompanied with long term renal dysfunction due to inflammation and tubular alteration, blockade of АТ1 receptors normalized eNOS-Protein kinase G activity, limited inflammation and renal fibrosis, improved proximal tubular reabsorption and osmodilution; introduced - in practice of Institute of urgent and recovery medicine surgery AMS of Ukraine, SII of traumatology and ortopaedy of DonNMU, and in pedagogic process at departments of pathophysiology of medical universities in Zaporozhian, Dnepropetrovsk, Charkov, Lugansk, Poltava stomatological academy; scope of use - diagnostic and medical process of urology, nephrology and therapeutic department educational process and educational process of the departments of pathophysiology of Medical Higher Schools.
