Оbject - process of the Master’s preparation of the future teacher of the foreign language; the Subject of the study – organizational and pedagogical conditions of forming the pedagogical competence of the future teacher of the foreign language; the Purpose of the study is to define the contents, to ground theoretically and test experimentally the pedagogical conditions and the technology of forming the pedagogical competence of the future teacher of the foreign language in the process of preparation of the Master; the Methods of the study – Theoretical: analysis, synthesis, comparison, modeling, systematization, generalization have been used for receiving and learning the objective conclusions and theoretical generalization of the essence and the conditions of forming the pedagogical competence of the future teacher of the foreign language; Empirical: diagnostic (questionnaire, testing, conversations, interviews); observational (the pedagogical observations); prognosis methods (the analysis of the pedagogical events); the pedagogical experiment was directed for checking the effectiveness of the structurally functional technology of formation the pedagogical competence of the future teacher of the foreign language in the process of preparation of the Master; the methods of mathematical statistics of the working up the received results with the goal of the revelation of the qualitative and quantitative references of the effectiveness of the offered structurally functional technology; Scientific novelty and theoretical importance of the results of the investigation – for the first the pedagogical conditions and the technology of forming the pedagogical competence of the future teacher of the foreign language in the process of preparation of the Master have been defined, grounded theoretically and tested experimentally; the concept of pedagogical competence as the systematical characteristic of the personality of the future teacher of the foreign language have been made more accurate; the position of the approach of the competence to the process of Master’s preparation of the future teacher of the foreign language have been systematized and generalized; the structure, functions, criterions and the indicators of the pedagogical competence of the future teacher of the foreign language have been defined and worked out; the approaches of organization of the communicative interaction and the pedagogical reflection in the process of preparation of the future teacher have been developed further.
