Кuznetsova O. Peculiarities of investigation of illegal acts with the poisonous and drastic substances.

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of investigation of illegal acts with poisonous and drastic sub-stances, their criminal and law characteristics (as the basis of forming of criminalistic description and a list of cir-cumstances, which are the subjects of identification), criminalistic characteristics and peculiarities of their ele-ments (subject of crime, methods of preparation, realization and concealment of crime, typical tracks of crime, personality of a criminal and e.t.c.), peculiarities of criminal case initiation are considered. The investigative situations having place at the initial stage of investigation are considered, the programs of initial investigative acts and their control are proposed, the peculiarities of concrete investigative acts (investiga-tive observation, interrogation, search and forensic expertise initiation).
