The object is technology of headed wire products manufacture; the purpose is efficiency improvement of headed wire products manufacture on the base of technological rotor machines due to selection of their required technological and design parameters and kinematics simplification; the methods are theoretical analysis and synthesis, experimental and statistical, mathematical modeling; the results are recommendations for designing technological rotor machines to head wire products; the new approach is the fact that heading wire products can be executed on rotor machines with relative regular precession kinematics without special operating mechanism keeping accuracy requirements; the technique of designing technological rotor machines to head wire products are used on CJSC "Artyomovskiy Machine Building Works" and OJSC "Snejnyanskiy Machine Building Works"; the field is machine-building
