Essay

The analysis of influencing of expense parameters changing on the hydro transporting device operations modes is executed. It is shown, that the existent changes of hydraulic slurry density and device productivity have different influence on the transporting modes for different slurry types. The mathematical model of hydraulic slurry moving in the main pipeline of the hydro transporting device, which takes into account gradient force of hard particles resistance, and also force of slurry co-operation with the walls of pipeline, is developed. The conomy-mathematical model of the hydro transporting device, which takes into account physical-mechanical properties of the transported material, parameters of pump equipment, wear of pipeline and term of pumps work, is developed. The dependence of forcing pipelines rational diameter from the productivity parameters of the designed device on the base of the developed economy-mathematical model is certain.
