Modern practical aspects of transformation of financial systems of the East Asian NICs are analyzed. Fundamentals and directions of the relations between financial system and economic growth are studied as well as channels of influences and factors which influence on these relations.The common features of financial system model which was used by East Asian NICs for development of financial systems are analyzed. Directions of financial systems' transformation in these countries under the influence of the financial globalization are studied.
