Savchenko V. Security of rights and legal interests of subjects of Criminal judiciary during the prejudical inquiry in Ukraine and Germany: comparative aspect

Dissertation deals with comparative legal study of the theoretical and practical problems of the security of rights and freedoms of citizens during the prejudical enquiry in the criminal justice process of Ukraine and Germany. Theoretical problems of the security of subjective rights and freedoms, procedural guarantees during the prejudical enquiry are examined. The analysis of the peculiarities of the security of rights and freedoms of persons who suffered loss or injury, accused persons, witnesses, other participants in the criminal process of Ukraine and Germany is made. Legal regulation of investigative actions and of the usage of procedural enforcement measures is analyzed. The author formulates effective proposals as to the improvement of the criminal procedural laws of Ukraine aiming to maximum protection of rights and interests of citizens in the criminal justice.
