The object of study – personal self-determination of a senior pupil. The purpose of study: definition of features of personal self-determination of a senior pupils in conditions of special formation of the subject of educational activity in initial and high school in system of the developing education. The methods: the theoretical analysis, method of age slices, methods of statistical data processing and correlation analysis. Novelty: the complex study of features of formation of personal self-determination in the senior teenage and younger youthful age in system of developing education is carried out; is shown, that in conditions of developing education the process of personal self-determination in the senior school age has high-grade realization, that becomes the basic parameter of personal development of the man and determines his ability to the independent and realized choice of the own future. The theoretical value of work consists in the further development of scientific representations about psychological laws of personal development in system of developing education; in definition of features formation of personal self-determination in the senior school age in conditions of purposeful formation of the subject of educational activity. The practical value of work: the results of research can be used for improvement of study process in system of developing education, for psychocorrection job with senior pupil, directed on development to personal, social and professional self-determination in conditions of different systems of education; for preparation of the teachers and psychologists, which work as in system of developing education, as in traditional system of education.
