Kudryashova T. Integrated Checking in preparing of junior sportsmen in shotputting at the beginning of sport training

The methody of usage of methods of integrated checking in preparing of junior sportsmen in shotputting at the beginning of sport training on the base of objectiv estimation of different part of their experience and also functional possibilities of the most important systems of junior constitution is being defended. Taking into consideration the peculiarities of the age of sport training of junior shotputting at the age of sport 11-15 and criteria of the physical conditions of junior sportsmen, the testing and medical-biological checking for determining the level of preparation at every age period within the whole period were done. At the result of the integrated checking it was possible to determine: the level of functional preparation; peculiarities and coming-to be of experiences in the technique of shotputting; improving of physical training of junior sportsmen during their training; as well as the interconnection of all sides of training ; it allows to correct the training process for its further improving.
