Essay

The research performed has revealed the possibility to correct disorders in cyclic processes of reproductive system using rhythmic craniocerebral hypothermia (RCCH). The results of experimental studies have confirmed a possibility of practical expediency for directed therapeutic effects to a central regulative link of impaired reproductive processes, in which genesis a psychoemotional stress was dominant (emotional-pain stress: EPS). RCCH application under impaired cyclic processes in female rat reproductive system was shown to enable a directed correction of pathological processes developing under EPS effect. Functional disorders after EPS in rat female reproductive system are accompanied with morphofunctional changes in experimental animal brain structures. During RCCH the changes of serotonin secretion in epiphysis and hypothalamus occur, thereby indicating to the expediency of RCCH method application to correct disorders caused by functional dysfunction of neurotransmitter systems. When using RCCHwith the aim to correct disorders of cyclic processes in female rat reproductive systems after EPS a directed tendency of hormonal level normalisation in peripheral blood is also determined. Realisation of a positive effect under RCCH is provided by triggering central neuroendocrine regulation mechanisms by changing mechanisms of BBB permeability and is combined with levelling vegetative responses towards vegetative eutonia. Basing on the research results we can conclude about the expediency of further RCCH method study for its following application into clinical practice to treat psychosomatic infertility. The RCCH method adequacy is provided with its directed and dosed effect on central, humoral and peripheral regulation links of cyclic processes in reproductive system.
