Dissertation is devoted to studying of human peripheral blood on permeabilized mononuclear lymphocytes glutathione antioxidant system role and transporting ATPase in realization of Н2-histamine receptor blocker effects, М1-cholinergic receptors and proton pump blocker. Lymphocytes are shown to be an adequate model for exploring of enzyme functioning mechanisms of glutathione antioxidant system and transporting ATPase. Н2-histamine receptor blockers, М1-cholinergic receptors, proton pump respectively were proved to have another mechanism of action besides basic one. Аs lipid peroxidation, glutathione antioxidant system enzymes and ion-transporting systems are involved in it.
