Grishunina N. Physical rehabilitation of the cerebral palsy on basis of dynamic stereotypes structure impairment

This dissertation addresses the founding differential way of cerebral palsies rehabilitation on basis of dynamic stereotypes structure impairment and forming individual rehabilitation model. Efficacy of complex treatment physical culture according to dynamic stereotypes disorders with lasers acupunctura was founded. Motors and neuropsychological functions and peripheral and cerebral hemodynamics, vegetative provision of activity in 110 children: 90 patients with three forms of cerebral palcy and 20 healthy has been studied. Patients were divided into 3 groups. 1-st group (n=30) underwent physical culture correction in combination with laserotherapy. 2-nd group (n=34) underwent physical cultural measures only. 3-d group - (n=26) received conventional treatment. Healthly children (20) were in a control group. Disorders of movement’s functions, cerebral and peripheral hemodinamic, vegetative disorders were resents among ill children. The results achieved testly that the use of an physical culture according to dynamic stereotypes disorders in combination with laserotherapy favours the development of compensatory mechanisms, more than only new method physical culture and traditional therapy.
