Object - training process to discipline "Flying training" of cadets - pilots of the high military educational institutions of the Ukraine Ministry of Defence; the Purpose - a theoretical substantiation, development and experimental check of an estimation technique of forming piloting skills of cadet - pilots at performance of figures of pilotage in fly preparations process; methods - the analysis, conversation, interrogation, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics; Novelty - for the first time is theoretically proved and checked experimentally up a an estimation technique of forming of piloting skills of cadet - pilots during training to discipline "Flying training" which is based on the method of an estimation of piloting quality and on the method of an estimation of psychological and physiological parameters which are based on an integrated parameter of reserves of attention of the pilot in flight at performance of typical figures and complexes of pilotage, a method of an estimation of piloting quality on deviations from the set parameters with the help of an integrated parameter of mistakes of piloting by his adaptation to application in conditions of real fly preparations at performance of figures of pilotage has received the further development, methods of flight training in flight and at ground trainings are advanced due to use of the information of a feedback reserves of attention of the cadet - pilot; Results - the technique of an estimation of forming skills of piloting for cadet - pilots is developed at performance of figures of pilotage during training to discipline "Flying training"; it is introduced in a military training base A-4104 in the city of Chuguev, the Kharkov university of Air Forces named after Ivan Kozhedub; branch - professional pedagogics.
