Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of a clinical efficiency of different drug forms of calcium antagonist riodipin in patients with hypertension. It has been showed that disruption of daily profile and high variability of blood pressure, increased time index and surface of hypertension in hypertonic patients results in consequent decrease of consistency of adenyl nucleotides, energy charge in osmotic resistance of erythrocytes membrane. Apart from that it has been shown that demonstration of disruption of levels of the adenyl system, under observation of development of hypertension in patients depends on the stage of hypertension and demonstrates general energetic state of the cell. It has been proved that exceptionally trans-dermal application compared to oral, provides continuous increasing and long lasting anti-hypertensive effect, result of which is correction of variability of blood pressure and decrease in time index and surface area of hypertension. It has been proved that trans-dermal forms of Riodipin is most effective in patients with hypertension, confirmed by the normalization of level of adenyl nucletides in erythrocytes of peripheral blood and renewal of osmotic resistance of erythrocytes membrane. It has been established that upon treatment of patients with hypertension, frequency of side effects is comparatively lower in trans-dermal application of riodipin than oral. Upon comparative activity of oral and trans-dermal form of riodipin, it has been concluded that trans-dermal application provides continuous and lasting antihypertonic action, regeneration of adenyl system indexes, energetic charge of cell, osmotic resistance of erythrocytes membrane in patients with hypertension when compared to oral form of treatment.
